Boys & Girls Clubs of Bend (BGCB) is excited to announce a major win at the inaugural Hayden Homes — Central Oregon Charity Championship Golf Tournament, receiving the top prize of $30,000 thanks to the performance of Beaver Coach Sales & Service. This event, hosted by Green Barn Events and sponsored by Hayden Homes, Subaru of Bend, Les Schwab, and On-Point Community Credit Union, took place at Juniper Preserve on September 5, 2024. Thirty-two charities from across Central Oregon competed for a total purse of $61,000.
The team from Beaver Coach Sales & Service, representing BGCB, secured 1st place in the scramble-format competition, bringing home $30,000. This win is especially significant as BGCB celebrates its 30th anniversary this year. The funds will directly support BGCB’s mission to inspire and empower local youth.

We work closely with the Boys & Girls Club throughout the year and being able to turn a fun day of golf into a contribution like this is an awesome and unexpected opportunity.
