After years of success as DeLay and Billings Team Real Estate, Sam DeLay and Cole Billings are announce the official launch of Varsity Real Estate. This transition marks a new chapter for everyone involved.

The entire team is making the move to Varsity Real Estate, including veteran agents Kevin Laue, Mollie Hogan, and Sharon Nyberg, who have been integral to the team’s success.
