Licensed Tax Consultant (LTC) Exam Prep Boot Camp

Take the next step in your career as a Tax Professional in this four-day course for Tax Preparers studying for the Oregon Licensed Tax Consultant exam. Course is based on 2021 tax law. Candidates need to have at least 1100 hours of tax preparation experience in two of the past five years to meet the Oregon Board of Tax Practitioners requirements. In an interactive setting, you will review the consultant exam outline, sample study questions and determine what areas of study you need to spend more time on prior to sitting for the exam. Continuing Education: This course is also available for 28 hours of Oregon Tax Professional continuing education (not approved for federal CE).

Property Manager License Exam Prep

Prepare for the Oregon Property Manager License Exam in just seven weeks. This course combines weekly interactive sessions with online home study to meet the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) education requirement, covering the role of property managers, tenant relations, fair housing, lease agreement and more. You must complete a total of 60 hours of study between weekly sessions and online studies. Plan on spending 6-8 hours (or more) each week completing online home study in addition to attending evening classes.

Real Estate Broker License Exam Prep

Prepare for the Oregon Real Estate Broker’s License Exam in just ten weeks. This course combines weekly interactive sessions with online home study to meet the Oregon Real Estate Agency (OREA) requirement. You must complete a total of 150 hours of study between weekly sessions and online studies (Saturday session does not count toward 150 hour total). Plan on spending 15 hours (or more) each week completing online home study in addition to attending evening classes. The course and instructor are certified by the OREA. Contractors CCB Test Prep

Contractors must take a 16-hour state-approved course to satisfy the educational requirement for Oregon construction contractor licensing. Take this two-day live class to prepare for the state-mandated test (not included) to become a licensed contractor. Required manual included. This class is based on the NASCLA Contractors Guide to Business, Law and Project Management, Oregon Construction Contractors.
