Ajii, Bend’s Newest Asian Restaurant, Open

Ajii, a new traditional and health-conscious Asian house cooking restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner from 11am to 8pm daily on Century Drive.
Ajii is the newest project from local James Beard Award Semifinalist and 5 Fusion Chef/Owner, Joe Kim. Ajii features a selection of healthy, delicious and simple food. From mouthwatering ramen in broth, to signature rice bowls and a wide variety of noodle and salad dishes, Ajii brings traditional Asian house cooking to Central Oregon. It’s the perfect cuisine for a quick lunch on the run, or to savor in our dining room.
Chef Kim has an ongoing affinity for straightforward Asian food dished up in a casual setting that is kind to the pocketbook. With Ajii Chef Kim is excited to offer a more Asian, less fusion menu that allows him to cook food that doesn’t always fit under the 5 Fusion roof.
