Enjoy learning about canning high quality fruit, specifically apples and pears, with Oregon State University Extension Service at a public workshop in Redmond on Wednesday, September 20, 9-12pm. We’ll be using recipes and tips from OSU Extension’s Canning Fruit booklets. Explore equipment, supplies and tips for making best quality fruit products by making products in the workshop.

The cost of the class is $20 per person.
Register in advance at extension.oregonstate.edu/county/deschutes/events by Sunday, September 17.
The class size is limited.

We will be working in small groups. Minimal COVID safety protocols will be observed so masking is allowed (bring a mask if you want to use one) and we will be washing our hands upon entry.

No refunds after 5pm on September 15.
