For entrepreneurs, everything is an opportunity or a death sentence. In the age of clicks, likes and social media conversions, thoughtful brand creation and market positioning are often tossed aside for short-term gains. Matthew Bowler, entrepreneur and creative thought-leader, knows that when executed properly, marketing can have an outsized impact on future revenue. He challenges the status quo and builds impactful strategies that attract investment and often result in him getting fired (but that’s not a bad thing).

Whether you are an entrepreneur, investor or curious about how world-class brands are built to scale across time and demographic shifts, this is a can’t miss event! Join us at Worthy Brewing on May 25th for Central Oregon PubTalk.

Keynote Spotlight: Lessons Learned While Getting Fired

Matthew Bowler has served as Partner of Mandala Agency for the last 20 years. He has been responsible for crafting and executing omni-channel marketing plans across a range of companies in the industries of aviation, apparel, footwear, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, real estate, and technology. Over the past decade client-companies have increased shareholder value well in excess of $1B via IPO, series funding, private equity investment, and sale.

Early stage companies that Matthew has helped through a successful exit include:

  • Buddy Media/Salesforce
  • Honeywell Retail Footwear Division
  • Bitly Inc.
  • Rubicon Project

The two awards that Matthew is most proud of receiving are the Double Gold SIP Award and the Silver San Francisco World Spirits Competition for Stafford’s Reserve Bourbon, a whiskey that Matthew crafted along with his friend and business partner John Stafford.
