Central Oregon SHRM will host the AI + EQ = Business Intelligence Summit on Friday, February 20, 2026, at the SpringHill Suites Conference Room in Bend, bringing together HR professionals and business leaders for a highly interactive, full-day event focused on practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately at work.

Curated and hosted by Central Oregon SHRM, the Summit offers “AI and leadership learnings — all in one event,” featuring a premium speaker line-up, limited seating and built-in opportunities to connect with peers across the region.

“Our goal is to elevate Human Resources and leadership in Central Oregon by bringing people together for education, connection and practical insights,” said Central Oregon SHRM. “This Summit is designed to help professionals leave with tools, clarity and confidence – whether they’re excited or overwhelmed by how quickly work is changing.”

Summit highlights include:

  • Earn 5 PDCs for attending
  • Hosted coffee, lunch and happy hour to support networking and community connection
  • Premium presenters covering economic trends, practical AI tools and human-centered leadership
