The Central Oregon Veterinary Medical Association, COVMA, was founded over thirty years ago to advance and promote excellence in the veterinary profession. Members of COVMA contribute to the betterment of animal health and welfare and the protection of human health. Currently there are sixty-five members located throughout the area.
COVMA brings members together to promote and advance a strong, unified veterinary profession that meets the needs of society. The organization sponsors quarterly veterinary continuing education seminars, works with local rescue organizations, sponsors county faire production classes and promotes the human animal bond.
