The City of Bend will host a public meeting to share important information about the upcoming Neff and Purcell Improvements Project construction. The project team will share construction plans and information regarding the intersection closure, detour route and schedule.
A full closure of the Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard intersection is required for construction. The intersection closure will start February 22 and continue through mid-summer 2023.
The meeting is an open format, so attendees can arrive anytime between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. There will be no formal program. Instead, there will be information stations where visitors can speak with project team members, ask questions about the project and learn what to expect during construction.

The Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard Improvements Project is a high priority project providing both north-south connectivity and improving safety and capacity in a vital area of Bend. The project includes three areas of construction and incorporates infrastructure for all modes of travel.
