Every Tuesday during the month of March, Deschutes Brewery will contribute $1 for every pint sold and $2 for every growler fill to support the Latino Community Association’s mission to empower Latino families to thrive. Community Pints Night represents a great opportunity to enjoy great food and craft beer while also learning about and supporting the life-changing services and opportunities provided by Central Oregon’s Latino Community Association (LCA).
“Deschutes Brewery has been a member of our Association since 2011 and a strong and consistent supporter of our mission,” stated Evelia Sandoval, LCA’s Board President. “Their choice to support us at this time as the beneficiary of their Community Pints Night program will make a big difference in our efforts to expand to meet the growing demand for our services. We invite the entire community to come out and enjoy a beer with your friends and family, and to say thanks to Deschutes Brewery for their generous support of community organizations like ours.”
Deschutes Brewery’s Community Pints Night donates $1 for every pint sold each Tuesday of the month at their Public House on Bond Street and $2 for every growler fill in the Tasting Room at the brewery. The Latino Community Association, which benefited close to 7,000 people last year, provides critical services using a whole-family approach, including: English tutoring, computer training, citizenship assistance, legal and dental clinics, and youth Spanish literacy.
