Rita Hansen, climber, mountaineer, mother, engineer, angel investor, and Co-founder and CEO of Onboard Dynamics, has been breaking trail and charting new paths since her days as an industrial engineering student at the University of Washington. Born out of OSU-Cascades, Bend-based Onboard Dynamics is a market leader in the climate technology revolution. Under Rita’s leadership, the company shifted its product focus in January 2021 and has since grown from nine to 32 employees. Rita will discuss how the company found success and is driving change across the natural gas industry.
