To adapt to growing demand and a desire to expand group fitness classes and services, Dynacore Fitness owners Denys and Teresa Middleton recently moved their business to an expanded Redmond facility.
Opened to the public earlier this month, DynaCore’s new location at 1789 SW Veterans Way, Ste. A, in the Dimeo Industrial Plaza is nearly quadruple the size of their previous location in downtown Redmond.
“Due to our growing membership and demand for our services, we had to move,” said Teresa Middleton. “We were full, and this location had the space and aesthetics within which we could create an atmosphere that meets that demand and is conducive to what we’re trying to accomplish at Dynacore.”
Middleton said the new facility, a 9,200-square-foot space located next door to the Redmond Gymnastics Academy, makes it possible to host larger and more frequent fitness classes throughout the week. Besides the high-intensity group sessions for which Dynacore has become known, Middleton said yoga classes will be offered as well as other group fitness options that have yet to be finalized.
A massage therapist will be located at the new site. Mandy Allan, LMT, owner of Body Kneads Massage, currently leases space within the Dynacore facility.
“We want to be running all day, every day, continually offering our members additional classes and variety,” Middleton said. “This space provided us with a blank slate where we were able to design a facility based specifically on the wants and needs of our clients.”
The Middleton’s opened Dynacore Fitness in a former retail location in downtown Redmond back in early 2012 – just one month after the couple moved up from southern California. A year later, Dynacore was named the 2012 New Business of the Year by the Redmond Chamber of Commerce & CVB.
Denys Middleton boasts nearly two decades of personal trainer experience. Teresa is also a personal trainer with two years experience.
