Envision Bend Elects New Board Members & More

Pacific Power Foundation has awarded Envision Bend a grant to support a community-wide engagement process to update the vision for the greater Bend area.

The project, which will involve workshops, listening sessions, public input events, a community survey and additional research and participation opportunities, will last approximately 18 months and seeks to engage all residents in the community in defining a vision for our future. The initial research phase of the project will launch in November 2021.

Envision Bend has Elected Four New Members to its Board of Directors.

Kelly Cannon-Miller is the Executive Director of the Deschutes County Historical Society. Kevney Dugan is the Chief Executive Officer of Visit Bend. Erika McCalpine is the Executive Director of Strategic Diversity Initiatives and the director of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Laboratory at OSU-Cascades. Kathy Schroeder is a consultant and special projects manager for Council on Aging of Central Oregon.
