FM Civic will hold a workshop for Central Oregon attorneys interested in learning more about crisis management support for their clients. The session will be held from 12-1:30pm Wednesday, July 17 at The Haven, 1001 SW Disk Drive, Suite #250, Bend.
Attorneys are often the first call in a crisis, but clients often need more than legal advice. This workshop will teach attorneys to leverage crisis communications strategies to provide the best outcomes for their clients — both in and out of the courtroom.
Key workshop takeaways:
- Learn the role of the attorney in each phase of crisis management.
- Come away with a clear checklist for preparing clients now so they’re ready when crisis breaks.
- Gain perspective on when it’s time to seek additional crisis communications support to protect your client’s interests.
“Attorneys are an exceptionally valuable resource for clients when crisis hits,” said Erin Foote Morgan, principal with FM Civic. “But many lawyers aren’t sure what to do when that call comes in. This workshop will give legal professionals the confidence to support their clients no matter the reputational issue they face.”
