Foodservice operators throughout Central Oregon are invited to attend the inaugural Food Safety and Sustainability Summit hosted by Deschutes County Health Services, COCC Cascade Culinary Institute and Love Yourself Nutrition! on Tuesday, October 15 from 10am-2pm at COCC Cascade Culinary Institute (2555 NW Campus Village Way, Bend, Oregon 97703).
The Summit will feature local inspection findings, waste reduction ideas for your organization, a Food Donation Toolkit and a tour of the composting and emission systems at Knott Landfill.
