The Central Oregon Association of REALTORS (COAR) is hosting a Holiday Lights Contest. Residents of the City of Bend are invited to nominate homes and neighborhoods for the contest. Members of COAR will then judge the lights on December 10 and 11. Cash prizes up to $500 will be awarded to the top three winners in each category.
