Imaging Alternatives, the first full time Thermography Clinic in Central Oregon, is sponsoring an event to educate patients and healthcare providers about the benefits of non-radiation, non-contact thermal imaging. Meditherm Iris 7.5 DITI Camera on display along with numerous sample images and medical interpretations provided by physicians trained in Thermology. The event will take place on Thursday, November 13, between 4-6pm at 344 NE Marshall in the Rear Studio of Baker Family Naturopathic. All interested parties are welcome.
Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) uses an ultra-sensitive, high-resolution camera to capture objective results relating to the physiology of pain, pathology, injury and dysfunction anywhere in the body. Breast surgeon, Christine Horner has declared, “Thermography is the best breast test.”
Early detection of change in tissue can lead to earlier diagnosis and better treatment options as well as the opportunity for patients and their healthcare practitioners to intervene at an early stage with preventative treatment. Thermography is an adjunct to appropriate use of mammography.

Working with MDs trained in Thermology, Imaging Alternatives provides both images and medical interpretation to patients and to their healthcare providers if specified. Referrals not needed, but welcome. Patients receive the thermal images and accompanying report in their own mailbox.

Jody is a member of the American College of Clinical Thermology. She is a Board certified Thermographer, receiving her education at the U.S. Meditherm Headquarters in Fort Meyers, FL. Jody is
also a Licensed Massage Therapist, and has been practicing massage therapy for over 10 years, giving her a solid background in human anatomy.
