Summer Grilling Class Wednesday, May 25
Kara’s Kitchenware and Confluence Fly Shop are hosting a grilling class featuring Chef Josh Podwills at the fly shop in the Old Mill District! Participants will practice traditional grilling techniques using a delicious menu of tri-tip, potatoes, fresh fish and corn, perfect timing for summer barbeque season.
