Miller Nash LLP announced that it is combining with Graham & Dunn to create the new 160-attorney firm of Miller Nash Graham & Dunn LLP (MNG&D), effective January 1, 2015. The combined firm will have offices in all three West Coast states (in Seattle, Portland, Bend, Vancouver and Los Angeles), offering clients expanded services and broadened capabilities.

The new firm will join the two existing Seattle offices into one office, located in the current Graham & Dunn space at Pier 70 on Alaskan Way. The combined firm becomes one of the top 10 largest law firms in the Seattle market. There will be no disruptions for clients of either firm, and aside from the Seattle office consolidation, all other office locations will remain unchanged.
