Winter has descended on the Cascades and the 25th Oregon Adaptive Sports (OAS) winter season has officially begun! Instructors and volunteers hit the slopes this week for training and all are gearing up for lessons, which commence Monday. We have lots in store this winter, including the return of many of our favorite events like the Dirksen Derby (see below), the Ellie Bartlett Junior Racers Ski Day, CamPAH! and the 5th Annual Ski For All.

As we enter this milestone of a season, we are so grateful for the athletes, volunteers, donors and partners who make the OAS mission possible. While navigating the ongoing pandemic, OAS has sustained access to the outdoors for individuals with disabilities and 2022 is forecasting to be our busiest year ever. To all who have contributed to OAS, thank you! If you are still considering an end-of-year donation to OAS you can do so at any time here. Your contribution will support what is slated to be a record number of scholarships, equipment purchases and programs for the OAS community over the next 12 months. Thank you to all who are a part of the OAS community, we will see you on the mountain!
