Oregon Modifies OFLA & PLO;
U.S. DOL Issues New Salary Thresholds — Both Effective July 1, 2024

Employers should be mindful of new U.S. Department of Labor minimum wages and overtime requirements for exempt employees. Employers should immediately update Employee Handbooks to reflect these changes.
