Bend conversation is one of several around the state. The Oregon Volunteers Commission for Voluntary Action and Service and Volunteer Connect invite community members to an open discussion on July 27 about volunteering and engagement as community-building strategies.
Community members will bring their voices to a discussion on identifying community needs, how volunteers can address these
needs, and how community leaders can support these efforts. Oregon Volunteers is hosting conversations across the state to get
input for our new Oregon State Service Plan and prepare a report for the Oregon Legislature on how to best strengthen volunteerism and engagement.
