Partners In Care, Central Oregon’s longest serving independent, not-for-profit, hospice and home health organization, has partnered with Bend Memorial Clinic, the region’s largest multi-specialty healthcare organization, to offer new palliative care services to our community’s patients.
To celebrate the partnership, the two organizations co-hosted a recent event featuring Dr. Janet Bull, MD, a nationally-recognized visionary in hospice and palliative care medicine. Bull is the chief medical officer at Four Seasons, an award-winning, not-for-profit hospice and palliative care organization in Asheville, North Carolina.
Partners In Care is currently launching a unique palliative care clinic at BMC under the direction of Dr. Jennifer Blechman, a medical director with Partners In Care. The organizations’ goal is to offer a coordinated, collaborative continuum of specialized care for patients who are living with serious illnesses.
