Beginning Wednesday, October 20, High Lakes Health Care will be offering the influenza vaccine to any and all pediatric patients in the community. Walk-ins welcome; no appointment needed.

We will have a check-in desk located in the vestibule of the clinic. We will provide you with the flu consent form to complete. Please bring registration and insurance information if your child is not already a registered High Lakes patient.
We will provide flu shots to any pediatric patient who walks through our doors; children do not need to be an established High Lakes patient.
