Compass Commercial Real Estate Services brokers Russell Huntamer, CCIM and Eli Harrison represented the Sublessor, Crave Bend, LLC, and the tenant, Uptown Hospitality Group, in the sublease of the 1,788 SF restaurant located at 335 SW Century Drive in Bend. Huntamer and Harrison also represented both parties in the business sale of Crave Bend. The new owners intend to keep the business running as Crave Bend.
