Steele Associates Architects (SAA) recently completed the design of the new Vale Middle School which is now under construction. The new comprehensive school features a modern energy efficient sustainable design, labs, classrooms and a gym purposely designed to be the largest gathering space in Vale to provide a much needed venue for community events and functions.
“It’s very fulfilling to help deliver a new school to a community who needs it so badly. The existing school was very old and far past the point of cost effective modernization, and this new school will service the community well for generations. Per the District’s request we designed the gym to be the largest gathering space in the community, and we designed it to accommodate the multitude of functions and events the community needs it for. Our SAA Team of Darek Olson, Andy Harmon, Steve Olson and Morgan Petrovich have done a wonderful job for our clients,” said Scott Steele, AIA, Principal, Steele Associates Architects.
