Scott is a marketplace operator and analytics leader with experience scaling high-growth traveltech and proptech companies. As an early leader at Vacasa, he helped grow the business to nearly $1B in annual bookings, supporting 150+ acquisitions and building teams across analytics, growth, product, marketing, and strategy. His work developing algorithmic pricing and marketing systems played a key role in the company’s expansion. Scott has also held leadership roles at Chegg, Poplar Homes and Epicurate, driving strategy, operations and marketplace performance across companies at multiple stages of growth.

Today, Scott co-leads Evergreen Growth Collective, a strategy and operations firm that partners with founders and leadership teams from early revenue through Series B. Evergreen helps companies strengthen marketplace economics, pricing strategy, financial discipline, and operational execution, turning growth ambition into sustainable results.
