We’re often asked why our studio looks the way it does – which is to say, nothing like your typical gym. And the short answer is, because we wanted the space to spark a sense of intrigue, a sense of belonging and above all else – a retreat. Our vision was a chic clubhouse filled with thought-invoking objects and a kick-ass way to get strong. After all, a strong mind and strong body equate to an overall better you.

With that in mind, the space was created, unique from other workout facilities.

Running, biking, skiing, swimming, hiking, paddling and more, are easily accessible in Central Oregon. There are certainly no shortages of opportunities to exercise in Bend. The amazing thing about Pure Barre? It is a great addition to all of the other activities and sports your average Bendite takes part in.

Inevitably, most athletes face ailments and injuries over the years. Pure Barre acts as the perfect complement to any rehabilitation regime by rejuvenating muscles post-injury, getting any athlete back to his or her sport faster and more prepared than ever.

So, what is Pure Barre after all? Utilizing the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements set to energizing music, Pure Barre is a total body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, strengthens your core and arms, and burns fat in record-breaking time. The Pure Barre technique is low-impact, protecting joints by avoiding any bouncing or jumping. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretching section.

The best part about Pure Barre is that most anyone can do the workout. The concentration involved while taking Pure Barre allows you to block “life” out for the hour. A transformed body and a clear head in just one hour – it doesn’t get much better.

Recently named Bend’s Best New and Emerging Business by the Bend Chamber, we’ve just celebrated our one year anniversary. We have met all walks of life over the past year, and have not felt more at home than within the community right here in Central Oregon. We are passionate about the city that we live, work and play in, and we are extremely proud to do business in Bend, Oregon.

Pure Barre is more than just a workout; it’s a lifestyle. Both women and men share a sense of community, in which they are inspired and empowered by each other’s fitness and lifestyle goals. But don’t take our word for it, come in and check it out for yourself. Let us show you what we’re all about.
