Wren + Wild is offering current yoga instructors the opportunity to take their careers to another level by hosting a special 50-hour AIReal Yoga Teacher Training beginning on May 24 through May 29. AIReal Yoga is the first and only form of aerial yoga teacher training to be listed in the Yoga Alliance’s Registry.
Led by in-demand traveling Yogi and founder of AIReal Yoga, Carmen Curtis, the extensive program is an opportunity to explore the asana with an aerial dynamic by using a hammock as a prop. Workshop hours are from 8:30am to 5pm with each day beginning with an AIReal Yoga class taught by Carmen. Among its many distinctions, the practice and philosophy of AIReal Yoga inspires the art of teaching and truly finding one’s voice as a teacher.
Participants receive a comprehensive, detailed AIReal Yoga manual with 108 postures plus variations on each posture along with lesson plans for all levels of classes; including introductory, restorative/gentle, Level 2/advanced, power/fitness, vinyasa flow, kids/teens, elders and therapeutic massage. Hours of hands-on training.
Attendees who complete the training will become Certified AIReal Yoga instructors.
The cost of the AIReal Yoga Teacher Training is $1,600.00 and payment plans are available. Early bird pricing is $1,400.00 with payment due in full two weeks prior to the start
A zealous practitioner for more than two decades, Curtis first found yoga as a way to heal her body from the extreme sport of gymnastics and professional Cirque performing, and has been teaching it ever since. A testament to the masterful-blending of athlete, art and yoga, Curtis, who is deeply influenced by the teachings of Shiva Rae, Gurmukh and Bryan Kest, has garnered a reputation as the go-to guide for self-love and healing through yoga and the aerial arts.
