For years, locals have called it Carroll Acres or the Old Farm District, but on October 1 real estate brokers will learn how more than 12 acres of this historic property are being transformed into Bend’s exciting neighborhood —Farmington Reserve.

“When we first visited this site, we knew there was an exciting opportunity to build quality homes for people who will add interesting chapters to the neighborhood’s 100 year history,” said Dennis Parfitt, president of BPM Real Estate Group, the developer of Farmington Reserve. “The foundation of this neighborhood is quality craftsmanship and values that complement the area’s natural beauty and sunny days, while supporting the active outdoor lifestyles that makes Bend a special place to live.”

Real estate brokers will get a sneak preview of Farmington Reserve during a private open house on October 1 at 4 p.m. They will learn about the nine floor plans available for the 65 single-family craftsman-style homes on good-sized lots that will be built on the property. Each will be built with quality materials to the highest standards.

There are many amenity and kitchen accessory options available to match the level of desired comfort and elegance that a discerning new homebuyer expects. Brass nickel and oil-rubbed bronze lighting options and stainless steel kitchen appliances are some of the amenities and kitchen accessories for homebuyers to choose from. In addition, Farmington Reserve has made provisions in each of its floor plans for recreational equipment by offering ample-sized garages and storage spaces.

Construction is expected to begin soon. Brent Landels and Angie Mombert of Coldwell Banker in Bend are Farmington Reserve’s brokerage.

“The city of Bend has been good to work with and we are currently working with them to secure building permits,” Parfitt said. “Given that winter is just around the corner we wanted to introduce the community to our vision for Farmington Reserve.”

Parfitt says Farmington Reserve is Bend’s premier neighborhood community offering a convenient location, deep history, and our team’s attention to details, commitment to quality craftsmanship, and decades long history of success.

“Farmington Reserve is an important neighborhood community to all of us.” Parfitt said. “We believe it is the address for families, empty-nesters, and single people who enjoy all that Bend and Central Oregon have to offer, and want to live in a neighborhood community built by people who share their commitment to craftsmanship and value.”
