And come they have. To date, the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC) has had more than 1.6 million visitors through its doors since opening in May 2012.
Located in the center of Sunriver’s residential and resort community, SHARC is much more than an aquatic park. The facility offers some 7,000 square feet of rentable event space — including an outdoor patio and grass amphitheater capable of accommodating 1,250.
Whether you’re looking for a space to hold a multi-day business conference, lecture, seminar, corporate dinner or small expo — SHARC’s indoor/outdoor spaces can accommodate various-sized groups from a small retreat to a mid-week trade show. It’s also the perfect location to treat your staff to a team-building event or holiday party. And, should you need less space, Benham can be divided into two, separate 2,500 square foot spaces.
SHARC doesn’t require any sort of food minimum, allowing you to find your own vendor or choose from our list of preferred caterers. Our staff can also provide OLCC-licensed bar service. There is an optional hospitality kitchen equipped with a warmer, refrigerator, ice machine, sinks and plenty of counter space.
SHARC’s event rental includes:
• Basic setup and teardown of supplied tables and chairs
• Dance floor and stage
• State-of-the-art audio/visuals including two, 140-inch video screens
• Microphones and hearing-impaired devices
