Largest Solar Panel Manufacturer in the U.S. Chooses Bend’s Sunlight Solar Energy to Install their 250 kW Solar Array

Sunlight announces that SolarWorld shares your confidence in Sunlight Solar Energy and has selected the Bend-based company to install the newest addition to its Hillsboro, Oregon manufacturing campus; a 250 kilowatt ground-mounted solar array.
Two weeks ago, representatives ofSunlight Solar Energy and SolarWorld broke ground on the project at SolarWorld’s headquarters for the Americas. This is the third solar array installed on the site, which features electric vehicle charging stations and roof-mounted modules used for demonstration and training. Both companies have been partners for many years but this installation marks the first direct exchange of services between both companies.
