Fratzke Commercial Real Estate announced the completed lease of the former Doctor’s Park II Building, located at 2650 NE Courtney Drive, Bend.
The Department of Veterans Affairs has leased 100 percent of the premises totaling 25,493 square feet for 20 years for its new consolidated Veterans Affairs Clinic. “We are proud to have played a huge role in helping to support the Veterans in our community while adding jobs to Central Oregon,” Brian Fratzke said. “We spent 14 months on this lease, and to have it finally come to fruition is a big deal. The VA was looking to consolidate to improve the overall service to the veterans. From an economic standpoint, it is a great opportunity because all of the team members on behalf of the property owner live and work in Central Oregon.”
The new clinic will take an existing building that was 100 percent vacant and remodel it for a state of the art facility including energy star HVAC systems with a goal to obtain Leed Silver rating.
