You May Not Be Alone.

Many people don’t think of non-profits or people with disabilities when they may need help in their business. Well, Abilitree might just be a little different than your average non-profit. Abilitree works with people with disabilities to help them identify, secure and maintain meaningful competitive employment while helping local businesses achieve goals and add to their work force with hard working, reliable individuals. You might be asking yourself, could they really do the job I need done, what will my customers think, and what will my other employees think?

We can help you answer these questions and many others, but rest assured, if your business or Abilitree are not confident in the answers to those questions we will both know our businesses better for trying.

So, how does a business go about hiring an individual/s with disability? They call Abiliitree.

Abilitree provides outsourced manufacturing, assembly, light technical, office/clerical and skilled trades individuals to many local businesses. Some of this work and training can be performed in our 6,000 square foot facility or we can mobilize and bring those employees to you either one person at a time or groups of employees to help with seasonal or project work increases.

Many local businesses in the area have turned to Abilitree for employment solutions realizing that a relatively untapped talented employment base exists right here and can be ready on a moment’s notice.

Here is what some business leaders in the community are saying:

“If you have a function you have not been able to figure out in your manufacturing or business operations look to Abilitree, there might be a solution there,” said Roger Lee, Executive Director for Economic Development of Central Oregon

“Working with Abilitree has always been great. They are able to provide services with short notice and have never missed a deadline. Abilitree personnel provide great service, are dedicated to help us meet our business needs and have become a part of the Deschutes family,” commented Michael LaLonde, COO for Deschutes Brewery, Inc.

Not only are you hiring individuals that are loyal and hard-working, you are setting an example of your business’ dedication to the community.  You are giving capable individuals the dignity and honor to earn a living and be a part of society as a whole, while bettering your business with dependable, stable workers.  Your business can serve as a shining example of the future of employment.   And Abilitree can assist in that transition.
