Pahlisch Homes, new homes builder in the Northwest, announced the relocation of their corporate and Central Oregon regional office in order to better meet the needs of their company in this growing market. Their new building is located on the northwest corner of Bond and Wilson in the Old Mill District.
Their current corporate/regional office has been their home for the last 10 years. Due to the slow economy, the once filled office space was reduced which later led to the sale of the building to Combined Communication. Pahlisch Homes has shared the building with Combined Communication for the last five years.
“The need to relocate our office for more space is a great sign of the healthy economy that we are engaged in.” said Jason Myhre, sales and marketing director. “We have seen tremendous growth in our business over the last four years and the need to increase our support staff to maintain our high level of customer service has led to this moment.”
Pahlisch Homes, once serving only the Central Oregon region, now builds throughout the state as well as Central and Southwest Washington. “The demand in the market over the last five years has called us beyond Central Oregon and has forced us to reach throughout Oregon and into Washington.” said Dan Pahlisch, owner and vice president. “We now have five regional offices that need a larger central support team in order to maintain our quality and value in every location. It is a good problem to have and the new location affords us room for continued growth.”
Pahlisch Homes has over 100 team members throughout the different regional locations with the Central Oregon office covering over 60 percent of them. Bend, Oregon has been the corporate office location since moving from the Willamette Valley and will continue to serve the different regions.
“We have built up a tremendous team of people to continue the legacy that we have built,” said Pahlisch. “It is important for us to take care of them and show them that they matter. The new office building and increased space will hopefully create a much more spacious work environment to manage the growth demands that the market presents.”
Dennis Pahlisch founded Pahlisch Homes in 1983, after spending years combining an unparalleled work ethic with genuine passion for the building process. The vision of the company from the start was to find the perfect blend of unique location, customized design and environmentally friendly building strategies to offer customers new lifestyle choices rather than just a new house.
