Public Hearing for Evergreen Housing Type III Site Plan & Design Review & Class C Variance for 171 SW Shevlin-Hixon Drive

The City of Bend will hold a public hearing before the Hearings Officer on Thursday, January 10, 2019, at 11am in the Council Chambers, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend, regarding Type III Site Plan Review and Design Review application for a five-story, 168,102 sq. ft., 170 unit multi-family building with 187 parking spaces on a 2.91-acre parcel located in the Mixed Use Riverfront (MR) zone. The project includes a Class C Variance to exceed the 45 foot building height of the (MR) Zone by five feet at the location of 171 SW Shevlin-Hixon Drive.
