For the holidays, Moore offers gift certificates, gift boxes, ribs, a wide variety of pepperonis, tri-tips, all natural Dietsel turkeys, jerky, smoked turkeys, prime rib, sausages, sauces, spices, bacon, hams, tenderloins, chops, hocks, peppers, pickled asparagus and an assortment of fresh, seasonal seafood offerings.

The Redmond Smokehouse has a retail counter, on-site processing, custom meat cutting, refrigerated storage, and smoking. The Smokehouse’s product offerings are (primarily) produced locally, federally graded, and of superb quality. The company prides itself in offering hormone and antibiotic free meats and free range/all natural poultry products.

All natural Dietsel turkeys are offered this season at $3.19 per pound (up to 24 lbs.). Smoked turkeys (up to 14lbs.) are $4.99/lb. Bone-in hams up to 18lbs are also available. Old fashioned bone-in hams are $4.99/lb. while boneless hams are $6.99/lb.

For the upcoming holidays, Cinder Butte has gift boxes, gift certificates, and special/seasonal hams and turkeys priced in the neighborhood of $3.99/lb. Of course, they also have many other choices. These include 20 lb. beef and pork boxes, a wide assortment of bacon, pepperoni and jerky, country and summer sausage, beef franks, steaks, roasts, ground beef. Finally, they will custom cut, smoke and wrap any wild game you might harvest.
