Increasing Communication and Collaboration Through DiSC
This powerful and interactive session challenges you to increase awareness of how your communication approach helps or hinders your effectiveness with others. Explore how to adapt your communication and approach with both internal and external clients based on the situation and/or person. This session utilizes DiSC profiles as a guide and tool for understanding communication styles and adapting strategies for increasing communication and collaboration skills. You will receive a link to complete your DiSC assessment prior to the session.

Meet Your Instructor: Wendy Boyer
As founder of Boyer Consulting, LLC, Boyer currently partners with organizations to unleash accountability through the power of front-line leadership. Throughout her 20-year career, she’s been an internal leader at Fortune 500 companies and an external facilitator and consultant from start-ups to publicly traded corporations. This unique experience allows Boyerto appreciate the complexities of both perspectives when designing and delivering solutions that can survive within the day-to-day realities of organizations.
Boyer has a Master’s degree in Applied Communications with an advanced study certificate in Corporate Communications and an undergraduate degree in Human Communication. Industry certificates include Myers Briggs and DISC, Franklin Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People,” Firo-B profiles and 360 tools. Boyeris also certified by the International Coach Federation as a Coactive Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
