We have all been saddened to see the level of devastation that the wildfires have brought to the state of Oregon and the rest of the West Coast over the past several weeks and months. As a part of the Oregon community, 10 Barrel wanted to do something that would help give back to the friends, neighbors and other Oregonians who have been affected by these tragic fires.

10 Barrel Brewing has come up with a one-of-a-kind fundraiser that will support these relief efforts while also giving one lucky individual the chance to bring the mountains to his or her backyard (street block, or wherever else you can house a truck) this winter with the selling of their iconic Pray For Snow truck — a M939 Series five-ton 6×6 vehicle, manufactured by AM General.

The 10 Barrel team renovated this 1984 Military Truck back in 2015 to use as a rail jam feature at their legendary Pray for Snow parties, fall Teton Gravity Research (TGR) Film Tours and annual Bend Winterfest events, working as a no snow ski slope for practicing trips or just ripping down on whatever folks can get their hands on.

THE BEST PART? 10 Barrel is donating 100 percent of the sales from this truck to the American Red Cross in an effort to help the first responders and communities impacted by the devastating fires across the West Coast.

HOW DOES IT WORK? Individuals can submit offers via the posted craigslist ad — with the truck going to the highest bidder at the end of the event. The most recent high bid will be updated on the Craigslist listing every Monday and active bidders will receive email updates with ongoing bids. The fundraiser will run until October 15. Bidding is open to all interested parties.

Check out the official landing page for full details and a link to the Craigslist listing.

In addition to the iconic Pray For Snow Truck, 10 Barrel will also be selling special merch through their online e-store, with 100 percent of the proceeds benefiting fire relief efforts.
