Hard to believe Cascade Business News is celebrating our 17th year of honoring young achievers in Central Oregon, even as we embark on our 30th year of publishing in Central Oregon.
There have been many well-known community and business leaders from all types of industries honored with this award over the years, as well as those who fly under the radar, but they all have one thing in common — their unquestionable commitment to giving back to our community. The way they choose to contribute is as diverse as the industries they’ve chosen a career in.

We received over 30 nominations, and all are worthy of recognition; however, we are not able to award everyone, every year. Those chosen by the committee share a commonality of crushing it in their specific industry and giving back to our Central Oregon community. Some award recipients were nominated several years before finally being selected.
