Are you, or someone in your organization, ready to play a meaningful role in driving growth and innovation across Central Oregon? Would you like to be nominated to represent your membership level for a two-year term on EDCO’s Board of Directors?
If so, please send Ben Hutchins an email with the following:
- A brief biography or resume including background and civic involvement;
- One or two sentences outlining why the candidate wants to serve on the board; and
- A headshot in electronic format, preferably .jpg.
EDCO will compile the ballot of candidates and send it to the entire membership when voting opens on June 9.

Open Positions
- Bronze level membership ($395 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions
- Silver level membership ($1,000 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions
- Financial level membership ($1,750 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions
- Titanium level membership ($2,000 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions
- Gold level membership ($3,000 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions
- Diamond level membership ($5,000 annual contribution) — Two (2) positions

Board Member Responsibilities
The EDCO Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of every other month (odd-numbered months, i.e. Jan, Mar, May, etc.) from 8:30-10:30am.
Elected positions:
- Serve a two-year term;
- Spend two to three hours per month in preparation, travel, and meeting time;
- Are eligible to hold officer positions or serve on committees; and
- Are an ambassador regarding EDCO’s efforts.
