Oregon Manufacturing Extension Partnership (OMEP) is bringing its two-day Sandler Sales Boot Camp to Bend, Oregon on May 21 and 22, 2026. The intensive, in-person training event is open to sales professionals and business leaders across Oregon who are looking to develop a more consistent and effective approach to selling.
The Boot Camp is grounded in the Sandler Sales methodology, one of the most widely used and proven sales training frameworks in the world. Led by OMEP’s own Sandler-certified consultants, the program is designed to give attendees a repeatable, structured system for leading confident buyer conversations — from the first call to the close.
“What makes Sandler different is that it’s not about scripts or pressure tactics. It’s about understanding buyer psychology and having a repeatable process that works regardless of what you’re selling or who you’re selling to. That’s what we teach at Boot Camp, and it’s something sellers can apply immediately,” said Jeff Schneider, principal consultant and sandler sales trainer, OMEP.
What Attendees Will Learn
Over two full days of hands-on training, participants will learn how to engage decision-makers earlier in the sales process, uncover true buyer motivation, qualify and disqualify opportunities more decisively, and navigate investment conversations without pressure or tension.
Every attendee also receives a DISC behavioral assessment with personalized insights into their communication style and how to adapt to different buyers, plus a complimentary one-hour follow-up coaching session with a Sandler trainer.

Oregon manufacturers: $1,950 per participant
