Prior to St. Charles, he spent more than 30 years as a financial advisor and investment banker, providing financing, strategic planning and capital advisory services to nonprofit healthcare systems across the United States.

Mary Anne serves as Director of Government Affairs for Oregon at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, where she leads state legislative and regulatory efforts focused on creating a more person-centered and sustainable healthcare system. Previously, she served as Vice President of Government and Legal Affairs at Oregon Farm Bureau and practiced law in private practice representing businesses in complex civil litigation. She also serves on the board of NAMI Oregon.
Keith Thomajan
Chief of Staff & Senior Vice President
Hayden Homes
Keith serves as Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President at Hayden Homes, where he helps drive strategy, operations and long-term growth. Previously, he was Chief of Staff and Chief ESG Officer at Dutch Bros Coffee, leading strategic growth initiatives during the company’s rapid expansion and IPO. Earlier in his career, Keith spent 17 years leading nonprofit organizations, including United Way of the Columbia-Willamette, and began his professional journey in education with Teach for America.
