Brain Based Time Management

In this hands-on training, you will learn about the brain’s natural tendencies and get the visual tools/strategies that best support the brain to get things done. You will also discover how to improve your ability to focus, avoid procrastination, prioritize your tasks and stop feeling overwhelmed. If any of these phrases sound familiar, this training is for you:

  • I never feel like I get enough done.
  • I don’t remember things like I used to.
  • I don’t have time for non-urgent tasks.
  • Sometimes it’s hard to focus.
  • I’d like to stop thinking about work when I’m at home.

Learn how your brain is wired so you can manage time well and have greater control over your day.

Brain Based Planning

Are you overwhelmed by your To Do list? This class will help you get a handle on how to manage an overflowing list of tasks. Many people think they should just remember everything that needs to get done – but the brain doesn’t work that way. It isn’t wired to categorize task lists and remind us of what we need to do and at just the correct time. (Think of all the really important things you remember in the middle of the night.) In this hands-on class, you will begin to create your own Master List of tasks, learn how to break a project into steps (and understand why your brain needs this), get strategies to deal with interruptions/distractions and leave with an easy-to-follow weekly plan.
