Promote Your Business During the Holidays with ConnectW

Promote your business while making a difference at ConnectW’s holiday Winter Wonderland Gala on Friday December 12 at the Seventh Mountain Resort.

Your sponsorship and donations will help fund Beulah’s Place www.beulahsplace.org, a 501c3 in Redmond which provides food, clothing, shelter in safe homes, and a stable, structured environment to homeless teens.

ConnectW’s membership selected Beulah’s Place as the beneficiary of its holiday Winter Wonderland Gala at its annual meeting spotlighting local non-profit organizations. “We are excited about being the vehicle to help Beulah’s Place rescue homeless kids who are easy prey for sexual predators and criminals,” says ConnectW president Diane Kulpinski.

Over the last 11 months, Beulah’s Place has rescued 13 teens from Bend and Redmond, all of whom have completed the nonprofit organization’s nine-month program. With the money raised at ConnectW’s holiday gala, Beulah’s Place will be able to protect many more vulnerable teens and young adults, and steer them toward “a better way of life through the simple kindness of safe shelter, hot meals and loving hearts who seek to serve them without judgment.”

Last year ConnectW’s holiday gala raised more than $10,000 for Oregon Adaptive Sports (OAS). That wouldn’t have been possible without sponsorships and donations from local businesses.

“ConnectW’s holiday gala allows us to give back to our community in a way that really makes a difference,” says Kulpinski. “But we need your help to make that happen.”

Over the next month, sponsorships—as well as donations for the silent and live auctions—for this year’s Winter Wonderland Gala are being accepted. Sponsors will be recognized in the holiday gala marketing materials, at the event and in post-holiday media. And all 250 gala attendees will learn about you and your business through your donation.

Two final notes:
1) This is a FUN event and it has sold out two years in a row. If you plan to attend, buy your tickets early. You can purchase them on the ConnectW website at www.ConnectW.org.
2) The nonprofit that will be the beneficiary of next year’s holiday gala will be selected at ConnectW’s January meeting on Wednesday January 21, 2015. Plan to join us for dinner to learn more about our local nonprofits—or become a ConnectW member so you can vote.
