Central Oregon Health Council Announces the Availability of Community Health Project Grants

0

The Community Advisory Council (CAC) of the Central Oregon Health Council is accepting pre-applications for projects addressing social determinants of health and equity (SDOH-E) through the Community Health Projects grant program. The CAC is investing in community-level interventions focused on improving community health and well-being and reducing health disparities. Special consideration will be given to projects that partner with impacted community members. Grant awards will range from $5,000 to $80,000.

The Community Health Project grants involve a two-step process. Interested parties are invited to complete the attached pre-application for preliminary review by the CAC, after which selected applicants will be invited to fill out a full application for final funding consideration. Information on the pre-application may also be found at cohealthcouncil.org/standard-grants. If you have questions about the Request for Proposal, please contact MaCayla Arsenault, project manager at the Central Oregon Health Council.
