| Central Oregon’s Premier Business Conference – November 4
The fifth annual Excellerate Business Forum is scheduled for November 4, 2026 from 6:30-10am. This year will be bigger and better than ever, with hundreds of Central Oregon marketplace leaders attending. Please consider sponsoring the event to support our nonprofit beneficiary Juniper House, which provides safe, high-barrier emergency and transitional housing to women graduates of addiction recovery programs. All net proceeds go to support Juniper House. If you can’t do a Bronze+ or larger sponsorship, please do a Bronze Sponsorship, which essentially “rounds up” an $800 table purchase for 10 to $1,000. If you can’t be a sponsor, please purchase and fill a table for 10. Bring your clients and friends. You and your guests will enjoy a highly energized and vibrant time of sharing best practices, and you’ll receive a ton of value from the morning. At a minimum, please get an individual ticket or two and attend in support of what has become the premier business conference in Central Oregon. The morning includes breakfast, opportunities to connect with other business leaders, three superb speakers on important topics, and vibrant roundtable discussions with your peers. As always, it will be a valuable, fast-paced and dynamic morning! Speakers include:
You may have heard the phrase, “Everyone likes to buy, but no one likes to be sold.” Traditional sales training and methodologies focus on selling. There is an alternative: creating an environment where people enjoy buying. It takes intentionality and wise leadership to establish a company culture that fosters a welcoming and honoring space where people love to buy. That’s what Beaver Coach has created and continually cultivates. And that’s the focus of Ryan’s presentation. Every attendee will leave with ideas that they can immediately implement to improve their customers’ buying experience. Couple this with the dynamic roundtable discussions on the topics that follow, and this opening session will launch our morning with energy, fun, and great value. About Beaver Coach: With roots going back to the 1970s, the Beaver Coach dealership is a staple in the RV community and the Pacific Northwest. Locally owned by the Kelly family, the dealership experiences exponential year-over-year growth and now operates a one-stop shop RV business with more than 50 employees. Capitalizing on a successful formula, the dealership recently expanded to a second location in Idaho.
