NorthWest Crossing announced that the NorthWest Crossing Hullabaloo street festival will take place on Friday, June 26, 4–10pm in the NorthWest Crossing Neighborhood Center on Bend’s west side. Live music performances will be headlined by Pepé and the Bottle Blondes and Todd Haaby and Sola Via.
“The popularity of last year’s inaugural event created demand for us to hold this festival again in 2009,” said David Ford, general manager for NorthWest Crossing. “We love hosting events like the Hullabaloo, because they are really the essence of what our neighborhood is all about – community spirit and a friendly, fun atmosphere.”
The format has changed slightly from 2008, and will be held on Friday night only. All the fun activities will be back, such as: the popular bike crit (including the kids’ crit) through the streets of NorthWest Crossing, children’s activities, live music, great food, wine and beer, art displays, goods from local vendors and more.
Saturday morning June 27 kicks off the summer-long NorthWest Crossing Saturday Farmer’s Market, which will be held every Saturday from June 27-September 12 in the NorthWest Crossing Neighborhood Center.
