NorthWest Crossing has been awarded a 2009 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. Homebuilders, contractors, developers, and home services companies throughout North America competed for the award, and winners were recognized for their superlative performance.
GuildQuality collects and reviews comprehensive customer surveys for its Guildmaster Award entrants. Based on GuildQuality’s review of NorthWest Crossing customer feedback, the neighborhood earned recognition as a 2009 Guildmaster with Distinction. This honor means that NorthWest Crossing’s customer recommendation rating exceeded 90 percent and the total survey response rate was more than 80 percent.
