A con man is working in Redmond disguised as a representative of the Redmond Park and Recreation District, scamming residents and business owners into placing ads in a fake youth soccer magazine.
Redmond police officials say the man is using a fake invoice with an Oregon Youth Soccer Association logo on top, with a Bend Office Max address.
